If, after starting the application, only one or neither cuff inflates or the air chambers inflate in the wrong order, please check the following:
1. Are air hoses kinked, perhaps because you are sitting on them?
2. Has the multi-plug been completely and correctly inserted into the device?
The multi-plug should be completely inserted into the device and should not sit crooked.

Please note that there is a small additional nipple on the right side of the multiplug, which must be inserted into the opening provided for this purpose. If the multi-plug is inserted into the device the wrong way round, the multi-plug will be crooked (see above right picture).

3. Are the grey cuff plugs all correctly connected to the cuff?
Make sure that the dark grey cuff plugs are connected to the dark grey sockets on the cuff and the following light grey cuff plugs are connected to the corresponding light grey sockets on the cuff.
