First make sure that the application pressure is set sufficiently high. If the pressure is too low, you should carefully increase the application pressure. For more information, refer to the article "Selecting the correct application pressure".
If the air pressure is still too low, make sure that the hoses are not kinked at any point, that you sit on the hoses or that other objects squeeze the hoses.
Also check if air escapes at any of the following points. If this is the case, it is usually clearly audible:
1. By the cuff links:
If you can hear air escaping, press the cuff plugs firmly into the socket again. If this does not help, please contact our service team.
Tip: Do not loosen the plug connection afterwards, but keep the cuffs with the connected hoses.
2. At the Quick Connectors
If air escapes at this point, check that the multi-plug of the cuffs is correctly connected to the Quick Connector. For more information, see the article "Using the Quick Connectors".
3. At the socket of the multi-plug on the unit
Please check here that the multiplug is inserted completely and not at an angle into the socket of the device. For further information, please refer to the article "Connecting the multiplug".
Vein Angel 4 and Vein Angel 4 Premium: the multi plug is plugged in on the side. |
Vein Angel 6, Vein Angel 6 Premium and Vein Angel 8 Premium: the multi-plug is plugged in at the front. |
